Define project scope, timelines, talent requirements, interview schedules, and involved stakeholders.
Contract Signed
Once the project is fully agreed upon
the necessary hires and requested
add-ons, the contract must be
signed before work starts.
Talent Sourced
Utilising our extensive network, we begin to vet and recruit top tech talent, scheduling interviews
Completion
Projects are delivered efficiently, within budget. Candidates managed through resignation process. Support & advice provided with referencing and contracts
Aftercare
Once candidates are onboarded, we schedule monthly check-ins to ensure both parties are happy and if there is any further support required
