Story of Passion, Growth, and Dedication

In 2024, after six years in recruitment, Oli Stockford founded Stockford Recruitment with a clear idea of how he wanted to work: taking the time to understand the people and businesses behind every hire.

Oli’s experience helping ambitious organisations find talent across software engineering, data, product and other areas of technology shaped the business from the outset. Today, we work with growing companies across technology and digital, connecting them with people who can make a lasting difference.

Our network helps us reach talented people quickly, but finding the right match takes more than an introduction. We look beyond the job description and the CV to understand a company’s goals, the team someone will join, and what a candidate wants from their next move.
